KHARAS is led by Sarah K. Jensen. Her role isn’t to take an order and return with a pile of features. She asks what the idea is meant to change, who it serves, what the owner can realistically sustain, and what the first version truly needs.
If a simpler path would serve you better, Sarah will say so. If the idea is promising but not ready, she’ll say that too.
