VARENTRA brings the internal athletic program, public fan experience, and intentional athlete development closer together while preserving the different roles, permissions, and responsibilities school athletics requires.
The goal is not to make everyone use the same information in the same way. It is to create a more connected environment where each person can interact with the athletic program according to the role they actually hold.

Athletic Directors oversee one athletic program, but schedules, communication, responsibilities, public information, team processes, and school resources may be spread across multiple places.
Individual tools may work well on their own. The friction appears when the people responsible for the whole program have to keep moving between systems that were never designed to work as one athletic environment.

VARENTRA creates several potential ways for the community already surrounding school athletics to contribute financially to the program.
FAN APP PURCHASES
For qualifying Fan App purchases, the school receives 50% of the purchase amount.
LOCAL SPONSOR REVENUE
When the school secures local sponsorships for its VARENTRA environment, 100% of that locally secured sponsor revenue stays with the school.
SUCCESSFUL SCHOOL REFERRAL
A VARENTRA school receives $500 when a school it refers purchases VARENTRA and the applicable payment clears.
RESULTS VARY
Fan App participation, sponsorship activity, referral activity, and community engagement differ by school.
These opportunities can help reduce a school’s net cost over time, but VARENTRA does not guarantee a specific fundraising result.
