Where do I find my materials?
Check your email for your login details. Then click Access My Library on this page (or from the email) to view your downloads and any updates we add for you.
How much time should I set aside each day?
Plan for 10–15 minutes daily. Small, consistent steps create the most lasting change. You can always go deeper on days you have more time.

Can I get the 16-week workbook without the course?
Yes. The Standalone Workbook ($197) includes the full 16-step system in a printable format. You can choose one of six themed editions (each with a unique welcome and notes from Sarah).
Is this faith-based? What if I’m new to faith?
The guide is anchored in a gentle, faith-centered perspective with optional prompts for prayer and scripture reflection. You’re welcome here whether you’re strong in faith, rebuilding, or simply open to hope.
Do I keep access?
Yes—your digital access does not expire. Your materials live in your library so you can revisit them anytime.
Can I upgrade later to the course or Mastermind?
Absolutely. You can upgrade to the 16-Week Deep-Dive or the Mastermind at any time. Your progress carries with you.
