How quickly will I get access after enrolling?

You will receive immediate digital access to the workbook and course once your enrollment and customer ID are confirmed. Oils ship directly from doTERRA and typically arrive within 3-7 business days in the U.S.

What's the return/refund policy?

doTERRA offers: 0-30 days: 100% refund (less shipping) for unopened items. 31-90 days: product credit or 90% refund. 91 days-1 year: 90% refund (less shipping). Consumable kits must be returned in full. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Are there ongoing costs?

The doTERRA membership renews annually at $25 (with a free Peppermint or Supermint oil). Monthly purchases are optional but recommended for those who want to consistently benefit from the oils. There are no additional costs for the Reset Your Focus program—you retain lifetime access.

Are the oils safe for children and seniors?
